Templates save the most time
Most small teams post far more often than they could ever hire a designer for. A good template set fixes that. Someone on your team swaps the photo, the headline and the date, and the post still looks like your business. On the desk, a template set usually counts as one request, and it keeps paying back every week after.
Templates we build
| Template | What changes each time | Who usually edits it |
|---|---|---|
| Announcement post | Headline, date, photo | Owner or office manager |
| Offer or promotion | Offer line, end date, small print | Whoever runs promotions |
| Tip or fact post | Short text, icon or photo | Anyone on the team |
| Story frames | Photo, one line of text, link sticker space | Whoever posts stories |
| Event series | Event name, time, place | Event organizer |
Built where your team works
We build templates in the app your team already uses, such as Canva, Adobe Express or Figma, with the photo and text areas clearly marked. Each set comes with a short note on what to change and what to leave alone, so a new hire can make a post on their first week without guessing.
Keeping them fresh
Followers stop noticing a layout they've seen fifty times. Part of the monthly desk is spotting which templates have gone stale and replacing them, or making a seasonal version for holidays, a summer menu or a back-to-school push. Those refreshes come out of your monthly requests like any other job.
Finished posts too
Some teams would rather not edit anything. In that case, send a short content list and photos, and we design the finished posts as requests. Many teams do a bit of both: templates for routine posts, finished designs for launches and big events.
Questions
Do you post for us or run our accounts?
No. We design the templates and posts. Posting, replies and scheduling stay with your team.
Will the templates match our flyers?
Yes. The same colors, fonts and logo placement run through every piece, which is the point of having one desk do both.
