Monthly Brand Desk

Process

How the monthly desk works

A written quote, a setup month to gather your brand, then a steady rhythm of requests, markups and files.

1. Brief and quote

You tell us what your team puts out in a normal month and send your logo and any brand files. We ask about anything unclear, then send a written quote with the monthly request count, how requests are counted, the review rounds, and how to pause or stop. Nothing starts until you accept it.

2. Setup

The first requests go to setup. We gather your logo files, pin down your colors and fonts, make the one-page brand sheet, and create the shared request list and brand folder. If you have urgent pieces waiting, they can go at the top of the list from day one.

3. The monthly rhythm

Your team adds requests as they come up and keeps the list in order. We take them from the top, send a first version, apply your markups and file the finished piece. A short check-in call once a month is optional; many teams prefer to run everything in writing.

4. Changing the plan

Teams change. You may need more requests before a busy season, or fewer over a slow summer. The quote explains how to change the count, pause the desk, or stop it, and the brand folder stays yours either way.

Who sends requests

Name the people who can add to the list and the one person who signs off. That keeps markups from crossing and lets us move without waiting on a group reply.

What a good request looks like

A clear request says what the piece is, where it will be used, the exact words, and any date it has to meet. Attach a photo if you want one used, and link an older piece if the new one should match it. Requests that arrive with all of that rarely need a round of questions before work starts.

Your files

Your files, photos and plans are used only for your work. If part of a job goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.

Got a list of design jobs that keeps growing? Tell us how big your team is and what you put out in a typical month. We'll suggest a monthly request count and send a written quote.
