About these samples. The calendars on this page are concept months for imaginary teams, drawn for this site, and the photos were made with an AI image model. We don't show client work without written permission, and every sample here is labeled.
Example months
Each calendar is one month for an imaginary team. A numbered tile sits on the day a request was added to the list, and its color shows the type: social, print, digital or upkeep. The meter under each calendar shows how many of that month's requests were used, and the list says what each request was.

What the months show
Teams use the desk in different ways. The real estate team leans on print, with a listing flyer every week. The dental office sends a few small requests and saves one for its website. The fitness studio spends most of its requests on social posts and uses a quiet week to replace tired layouts. Your own month will look different again, and the quote is built around it.
