Menus and price sheets

Built so a price change or a new item is a small request, without a redesign.

Mail

Postcards and mailers

With room for the address and postage area your mail house asks for.

Hand out

Rack cards and handouts

Narrow cards for lobbies and counters, and one-page sheets for new customers.

Print that repeats

A lot of small business print comes back again and again: the monthly class schedule, the seasonal menu, the open house flyer with a new address. On the desk, the first version is designed once and set up so later versions are quick updates. Changing the date, the photo and the price on an existing flyer is usually a small request, and the look stays the same from one month to the next.

Set up for your printer

Files go out as print PDFs with bleed and fonts embedded, in CMYK, or in whatever format your printer's spec sheet asks for. Send us the printer's name or their template the first time, and we save those settings in your brand folder so every later piece follows them.

A print library

Every printed piece goes into the print section of your brand folder, with the print file, a small preview and a note of the size and paper used. When it's time to reorder, you send the same file to the printer without a new request.

Readable at a glance

People give a flyer a few seconds. We build each piece around one main message, one date or offer, and one way to respond, such as a web address or a QR code. If your copy runs long, we suggest what to cut or move to the back.

Questions

Do you print the pieces?

No. We design and prepare the files. You use any printer you like, and we set the files up to their specs.

Can a large print job fit into the monthly desk?

Usually yes. A multi-page brochure or a big event package may count as several requests, and we tell you how many before starting.

Got a list of design jobs that keeps growing? Tell us how big your team is and what you put out in a typical month. We'll suggest a monthly request count and send a written quote.
