Small brands drift quietly
Most small team brands start out fine. Then a new hire grabs a blurry logo from a website, the printer guesses at the color, and someone makes a flyer in a font nobody picked. None of these is a big problem on its own. After a year, though, the business looks like several businesses. Upkeep is the habit of catching those things one at a time, as part of the monthly requests.
Upkeep jobs we handle
| Job | What you get |
|---|---|
| Logo file set | Clean vector and PNG versions for light and dark backgrounds, named so anyone can pick the right one |
| Color and font sheet | One page with exact color values for screen and print, and the fonts to use |
| Email signatures | A matching signature for each team member |
| Business cards | A card template, with new cards set up when someone joins |
| Template refresh | Old social and document templates updated to the current colors and logo |
| Vendor files | The right files sent to a sign shop, printer or web person who asks |
The one-page brand sheet
At the start of the desk, we put your logo versions, colors and fonts on one page. Your team and vendors can keep it open while they work. Whenever something changes, such as a new logo version or a new accent color for a season, the sheet is updated and the old one is retired.
Good work for a quiet month
Upkeep fits well into slower months. If your team has no events coming up, the requests can go to refreshing old templates, cleaning up the folder or redoing the business card that has bothered you for a while.
What upkeep is not
Upkeep keeps your current brand in good shape. A full rebrand with a new name or a new logo is a bigger job, and we quote it on its own.
Questions
Our logo only exists as a small image. Can you fix that?
Yes. A simple logo can be redrawn as a clean vector file from a clear image or a straight-on photo of your sign. It usually counts as one request.
Can you send files to our vendors directly?
Yes, if you give us their contact. We send the right files and answer their questions about colors and sizes.
