Monthly brand design for Miami teams

Ongoing brand design for small teams in Miami, including bilingual posts and flyers, with calls in Eastern time.

Miami teams

Many Miami businesses work in Spanish and English every day, so bilingual design comes up all the time. We build social templates and flyers with room for both languages, so neither version feels squeezed, and keep a matching pair of each template in your folder. A fluent speaker on your team should supply or check the Spanish copy; we lay it out but don't translate it.

Restaurants, salons, real estate teams, clinics and hospitality businesses make up a big share of the small business scene, and many of them post often and run frequent promotions. The long warm season keeps outdoor events going for much of the year. Hurricane season, from June through November, is also worth planning for: some teams keep a ready template for closure and reopening notices.

How the desk runs for a Miami team

  1. You tell us what your team puts out in a normal month and send your logo and brand files.
  2. We suggest a monthly request count and send a written quote.
  3. We set up a shared request list and a brand folder, then start on the first requests in your order.
  4. Each month you add requests as they come up; we design them, you mark them up, and the finished files go into the folder.

All of it runs by email, a shared list and video calls booked in Eastern time. We don't have an office in Miami, and the work doesn't need one. If a piece is going to a local printer or sign shop, send us their specs and we set the files up to match.

Questions

Can you design posts in Spanish and English?

Yes. We lay out both versions in the same style. Send the translated copy, or have a fluent team member check it, since we don't translate text ourselves.

What time zone do you use for Miami teams?

We book calls in Eastern time. Requests, markups and files run through the shared list and email.

Ask for a quote

Cost depends on the number of requests each month, how big a typical request is, and how many people on your team send them. Every team gets a written quote before anything starts.
