What we do
Monthly Brand Desk gives small teams ongoing brand design support. Each month covers a set number of design requests, such as social templates, flyers, menus, email headers and small updates, plus the upkeep that keeps a brand consistent. We focus on Kansas City, Miami and Orlando so time zones line up and we know what local teams tend to need.
How we work
Every team gets a written quote with the monthly request count and how the desk runs. Requests come in through a shared list, every piece goes through your markups, and finished files land in a brand folder that belongs to you. We don't publish prices, because a two-person cafe and a ten-person office need very different amounts of design work.
Who we suit
We suit teams without an in-house designer who need design help every month, not once a year. If you need a single logo, a full rebrand or someone to run your social accounts, we'll say so and suggest what to look for instead.
What you won't see here
This site has no client logos, client quotes or photos of finished jobs, because we don't publish client work without permission. The calendars on the samples page are concept months for imaginary teams, and the photos are labeled AI-generated samples.
